These functions are guided by two core aspects: management, which emphasizes strategy and planning, and operations, which concentrate on execution. At SPN Ehsan, we tailor our services by thoroughly identifying needs and demand levels when developing a strategic plan as the appointed Facility Manager. This process includes:

• Defining the organization’s vision and mission in alignment with the expectations of both internal and external stakeholders.
• Conducting a comprehensive analysis of the organization’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) or utilizing the force field technique.
• Assessing the internal and external drivers influencing the organization and the FM department through a PEST analysis, which examines political, economic, social, and technological factors. By extending this tool to PESTLE, legislative and environmental factors are also considered.
